Salted Caramel Fudge – soft and sweet caramel fudge with salt sprinkled on top for that perfect blend of sweet and salty.
Fudge was one of my mom’s “things” that she specialized in. Like mug cakes, or learning how to decorate cake/cupcakes. It was just her thing, it made her happy to make it and she was good at making it too.
I’ve been digging through her old recipes (which I love that I have her whole blog of recipes at my disposal) and realized as I was seeing all of her fudge recipes, I haven’t taken the time to make any of my own fudge.
Well, that changes right now. And this Salted Caramel Fudge would definitely make her proud.
This fudge is literally so good. My fiance Kal ended up taking half it to work so he could eat it with his coworkers and show off my work.
I’m definitely going to be experimenting with more fudge flavors because this fudge left me speechless.
