Sometimes you just want a good Chocolate Chip Brownie
Brownies are good any time.
Hot out of the oven or cooled the next day (if you hide them from the rest of the family.)
And they’re good plain, in an ice cream sundae, with whipped cream
or like Glorious Treats did on Bakindom‘s blog and made a Brownie Strawberry Shortcake.
When I saw this, I just had to do it too. We were going strawberry picking anyway. And I always have heavy cream in the fridge.
All I needed was the brownie.
This one is a family favorite. It’s lighter than most brownies, full of flavor and when you bite into one of the chips, the burst of chocolate just explodes in your mouth.

And these brownies are even better (if that’s possible) with fresh whipped cream and strawberries!
