This 3-Ingredient Cheesecake Dip is deliciously perfect for any occasion! This recipe is so easy you’ll have it whipped up in just a few minutes and you’ll be eating this sweet and creamy dip that will make your mouth water.
I thought of this recipe because one of mine and my boyfriend’s (Kal) favorite pass time is eating cheesecake, but I wanted to make something simple and special that wouldn’t take hours to make but would taste just as good or even better.
This is the first time I’ve tried to make anything like a cheesecake and this is so much better than I had thought it would be. The rich creamy flavor of the cream cheese blended together with the sugar and the vanilla, makes this the perfect snack to settle that sweet tooth.
The only ingredients you need for this 3-Ingredient Cheesecake Dip is an 8 ounce brick of cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
And when I tell you this recipe is too easy, I mean it. All you have to do is beat the cream cheese and vanilla in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer and slowly add in the powdered sugar. That’s it. It’s so simple.
You can use a number of things to dip in this like graham crackers, vanilla wafers, cookies, apples, pretzels, you name it! You could also mix in fruits, cookies, nuts, sprinkles, etc. to give it a crunch.
Another dessert that passed the Edward check but also it passed Kal’s test! They loved it and it’s already gone! And as you can see, Edward just couldn’t stop eating it and he couldn’t resist taking “Guncles” which is his nickname for Kal. This snack is good for those any age, and with adult supervision, there’s little to no mess!

Ingredients
- 8 oz brick of cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
- Slowly add in powdered sugar until completely combined.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can also add nuts, fruit, cookies, graham cracked into the mixture.
Store in the fridge.
