Elevate your snack game with these Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Bombs, a straightforward and quick savory snack that’s sure to satisfy your snack craving!
We had a fun little family day yesterday, with my sister Cassie, her son Edward, and my fiance Kal and son KJ.
We didn’t do much but spend some time at the house but Cassie wanted a little treat and I thought of all the recipes I wanted to try for the blog.
With the holidays coming up, I’ve of course been thinking of all the dishes I’d bring to the holiday dinners.
Well, even with me having 100+ recipes I want to make, I had absolutely no groceries. So we went to Kroger and got just a butt load of groceries, but by the time we got back home, Cassie was ready to go back to hers.
I still wanted to make her a treat, and these Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Bombs were the easiest and quickest thing I could make. And unless you’re like me and desperately need to go grocery shopping, you probably have all the ingredients.
Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Bombs
- 1 can of canned biscuits
- 1 cup of mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Preheat the oven to 375.
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the garlic and Italian seasoning. Mix about half of this mixture into the cheese. Save the other half to top the biscuits off with.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten the biscuit dough with your hand and spoon about a tbsp worth of cheese into the center of the dough. Fold the dough in half, then pinch the side together tightly. The dough should resemble a dumpling like you’d get from your favorite Chinese restaurant.
Take the ends of the dough and bring them together, and form the dough into a ball by tightly pinch all of the edges together tightly.
Place on the cookie sheet. Use the rest of the butter mixture to top of the biscuits.
Bake for 13-16 minutes.
