Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Dip – smooth, creamy, and absolutely yummy! The perfect amount of pumpkin and spice whipped together to make a delicious fall dessert that will leave you wanting more!
This wonderful tasting treat is the best cure for a sweet tooth! Not too much pumpkin and just enough pumpkin spice to make such a flavorful yummy dessert.
Okay, I have a confession… my sweet tooth lately has been absolutely craving cheesecake but I’m too lazy to make an actual cheesecake.
So, a cheesecake dip was going to have to suffice. And what better than a fall-flavored cheesecake dip?? And I’m telling y’all, I love pumpkin spice and this is only the beginning of my pumpkin spice recipes.
Although, I do have to say, I think I’m more of a fan of the pumpkin spice flavor and not the actual pumpkin.
This recipe is super simple, however, not as simple as my 3-ingredient cheesecake dip recipe. I made them similar but I really wanted to bring out the flavor and fluffiness in this cheesecake dip.
Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Dip
All you need is an 8 oz. block of cream cheese, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup of pumpkin, 1 tsp. pumpkin spice, 1 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and a splash of vanilla.
And basically what you’re going to do is, in a large bowl (or stand mixer), whip the cream cheese and whipping cream (make sure it has a stiff peak).
Then add in the rest of the ingredients, making sure to sift the powdered sugar to make sure there are no lumps or balls of sugars.
Once all the ingredients are well combined, chill the cheesecake dip for 10-20 minutes.
And now it’s ready to serve! Scoop it with vanilla wafers, graham crackers, fruit, cookies, pretzels, apples, banana slices, or whatever your heart desires, the possibilities are endless!
