Orange Creamsicle Swirl Cheesecake–creamy and rich with orange flavor and mixed with the best classic cheesecake flavor, this no-bake cheesecake is perfect for the almost-summer snack when you just need something cold and creamy on a hot day.
I was in the mood for cheesecake, which is hands down one of the best desserts, but I wanted to put a spin on it to make it unlike any other cheesecake I’d had before. That’s when I opened my freezer and pulled an orange creamsicle pop, and inspiration struck!
I used Simply Spun Run‘s recipe as a base recipe to play around with and give me an idea of what to do to make the absolute best no-bake cheesecake. Make sure you go check them out, they have the best recipes!
Orange Creamsicle Swirl Cheesecake
All you need is softened cream cheese, graham crackers, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, orange extract, and 8 ounces of whipped cream (can be homemade or store-bought).
This recipe can be kind of tricky, but the key is to follow step by step, and if you mess up, try again! And don’t worry if the orange portion comes out looking like a glaze rather than cheesecake, it’s supposed to!
You’ll need two separate bowls for the classic cheesecake and the orange cheesecake glaze and each cheesecake portion will have separate directions for each.
First, you’ll make the graham cracker crust in a springform cheesecake pan, then the classic cheesecake filling, which you’ll pour on the crust, then you’ll make the orange cheesecake glaze and pour that on top. Make sure to use a spoon or toothpick to swirl it around with the classic cheesecake to give it that perfect swirl!
Now for the Edward check: he absolutely loved it! He was fighting everyone who tried to get a bite!
