Cinnamon Apple Bread – a perfect and yummy snack, a thick bread with apple pieces in every bite!
My family ate this bread up, we even made a batch to give out during the holidays and everyone we shared with loved it!
My toddler making those adorable grabby hands for more of this bread! You could say that the apples cancel out the sugar, and this is a healthy after-school snack!
This bread reminds me of the times I’d come home from school and the kitchen would be smelling good because mom had been baking all day. She’d make all kinds of yumminess in the kitchen and I can only hope I can make my kids feel the same way when they walk into the kitchen!
This bread is simple enough to make, just mix the ingredients together and throw in the oven to bake!
Cinnamon Apple Bread
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsps cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 apples diced
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the loaf pan.
Combine the granulated sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil together.
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mix ingredients until completely combined. Fold in the diced apples.
Pour batter into the greased loaf pan, filling about 2/3 of the pan. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let rest in the pan for about 20 minutes before removing from the pan to cool the rest of the way.
This recipe is also good for making 6 mini loafs which is better for giving out to family and friends. All the steps are the same except instead of just filling the one pan, you would fill 6 mini pans.
