The first thing I would make would be some amazingly hearty bread. Being arthritic took away my ability to knead bread, so I miss really GOOD bread–bread with tons of stuff and grains and yumminess inside. Bread would be the very first thing I would make with my Empire Red Kitchenaid stand mixer–got any great recipes?

I don’t have a Kitchen-Aid and have always wanted one. I don’t mind what color it is, just having one would make my kitchen complete.
