I’m so excited to get to introduce you to Erin of Table for Seven.
Her blog is aptly named, every night she feeds herself, her hubby (Mr. Plain) and five children ranging in age from 2 to 10. I know I have trouble with just five of us, finding something to serve that everyone will eat with a smile (or at least without complaint.) Looking through her site though, I know why she’s able to do it.

But Erin isn’t just dessert, she’s an all around mom, serving up things like Baked Ravioli, Double Baked Cheesy Potatoes, Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas, Texas Cheese Fries, Tater Tot Hash Browns, Easy Dinner Rolls, she even makes Snow Ball Floats!
