Funfetti Golden Oreo Butter goes well with cookies, fruit, or the end of your spoon. The secret’s in the sprinkles.
I am completely obsessed with Biscoff spread also known as cookie butter. The other day, I had the idea of making regular Oreo butter but I realized I didn’t have enough Oreos. And then after a little digging in the pantry, it was like the Gods were speaking to me and I spotted an un-opened package of golden Oreos and I was all like, “GOLDEN OREO BUTTER!!!!!” Funfetti Golden Oreo Butter is the greatest cookie butter of all time. I even like it better than Biscoff and I am OBSESSED with that stuff. It is smooth and creamy and so ridiculously delicious. What makes this cookie butter even better is the addition of sprinkles! Sprinkles make everything better –> fact.
Now, you may be asking what the heck you’re supposed to do with cookie butter. You can spread it on fruit, pretzels, crackers – basically ANYTHING dippable. Or you can just have at it with a spoon – no judgment here!
Since I used butter in this recipe, the golden oreo butter needs to be refrigerated. After being in the fridge for a while, it’ll harden up. So, before consuming you’ll just have to let it sit out and come to room temperature for about 10 minutes before eating it and it’ll be back to its normal, creamy old delicious self again.
