Easy Palmiers-the perfect treat for any occasion

Have I told you how much I love Puff Pastry? Not just eating it but creating with it. Honestly the greatest thing ever found in the freezer section.  So easy to work with and the end result is amazing.

Easy Palmiers-the perfect treat for any occasion

Anyone who doesn’t know your secret will think you spent hours in the kitchen, slaving to make a tasty treat or savory appetizer.  It reminds me of the Old Rice Krispies Treats commercial. You know what I’m talking about. The one where the mom throws a little flour around the kitchen, dabs some on her face, then dramatically presents the family with a plateful of the yummy marshmallow treats. And we all know how easy it is to make those.

Working with Puff Pastry is easier. Possibly the hardest part about the whole thing is waiting for the sheets to thaw. Seriously.

Is there a way for me to save some of these recipes in my computer so I can find them when I ned them. I have saved recipes to my fb page but have no idea how to retreive the older one from a month ago. I am not very computer savvy so any help would be appreciated as I LOVE your recipes

    • Debbie, the easiest way’s I’ve found to save recipes is either by pinning them on Pinterest, I’have boards set up for each category of food so it’s like a recipe box using photos, or you can also use Ziplist, just click on the save Recipe button. Very easy to use as well.

  5. I’m way behind on my reading and so these are way out of order as I’m reading but I just love the easy recipes you are doing right now!

  6. I adore puff pastry and went on a baking rampage when I discovered it in the freezer section a few years ago. Sweet, savory, it goes with them all! I have yet to make palmiers though. Must rectify that, Joan, because your cinnamony ones look lovely!

  7. These look super delicious, wish I had some right now….at least 10 of them really!
