This Whipped Coffee Tiramisu Parfait is perfect for all coffee lovers. No cooking and just 10 minutes to prepare. It’s perfect for a special occasion.
I am a huge coffee lover. It’s true. I also love desserts that have coffee in them.
I drink coffee for the benefit of those who have to deal with me daily. One time when we traveled out of the country the first thing my husband did was learn how to ask for coffee for me. It’s in his best interest. lol
Tiramisu has always been one of my favorites but it can take a lot of time to make.
This version took 10 minutes and was just as good if not better.
Whipped coffee is very popular and easy to make. Using it for this parfait really intensified the coffee flavor.
The whipped coffee is equal parts coffee, water and sugar that is beat until it forms peaks.
For the mascarpone layer I whipped heavy cream, sugar and mascarpone cheese until it made peaks.
Then I just layered it in the glasses. Make sure that the lady fingers sit on top of the whipped coffee.
This makes sure that some of the coffee soaks into the cookies to make them easier to scoop out.
Then just sprinkle with a little cocoa powder and refrigerate until ready to serve. I think it was better after letting it chill for a few hours.
If you don’t have glasses that will work you can always make this in a dish and scoop it out.

Oh this sounds sooo good! If I cut back on the sugar in the whipped ceam / cheese portion would it work? Who am I kidding, I don’t exercise portion control. And now I need a cup of coffee too. All your other recipies on this page sound wonderful too.

I can relate to your comment. I’m sure it would work to reduce the sugar but…
