Quick Chocolate Buttercream Frosting-rich and creamy, perfect every time!
Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me! That’s right, today’s my birthday. I’m turning 29 again. Really it’s 48 but it’s all just a number anyway. We’re as young (or old) as we feel. Most days I’m probably in my early 30’s. Every now and then I feel ancient, like when I’m trying to figure out my Iphone. Seriously, I’ve filled up my Cloud and I didn’t even know I had one!
As I plan my cake, I realized not everyone may know about the best chocolate buttercream recipe ever. I’m still working on the cake, I tried 2 recipes today but neither was worthy of this buttercream. I’m not even sure what flavor the cake will be. I just know this buttercream has to be on top. It’s smooth and creamy. Rich and chocolaty. If you plan on being generous with your decorating (or eating half a batch with a spoon) double the recipe.
I’ll figure out the cake later. In the meantime, I did make a double batch, so I can have a spoonful of frosting as a snack for now.

My sweet friend Mia of Tiny Hands, sent me this gorgeous bracelet.
The charms are so cute. I just want to eat them up! They are almost too hard to resist. You see, the charms all smell like CHOCOLATE! Can you imagine walking around with that delicious smell of chocolate just floating up every time your wrist get’s near your face?
Every Charm she makes smells like the food it is. Key Lime Pie…smells like Key Lime Pie. A Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie…yup, peanut butter! And she makes all sorts of jewelry. Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings, I’m in love with her bookmarks, how cute would those be as Christmas Presents?

Happy Birthday Sweetie! Why did you have to make this giveaway so hard? After going through Tiny Hands all products pages a few times I had to go with which charm had brought out the deepest feeling in me. The winner was the Bomb Pop. That was my favorite goodie to buy from the ice cream truck.
