If I will I would probably make a big batch of cookies. My mixer is 16 years old and I’m afraid it might leave me every time I use it. I would cry.

Oh, how I would love to own a kitchenaid stand mixer! The first thing I would use it for is shredding chicken for stocking my freezer. Then I would probably make cookies (and stock the freezer with those, too)!

I’ve never had a stand mixer like this before, wonder if what I make with it will be lighter and fluffier than a hand mixer, I’ve got a recipe for chocolate peanut butter bars from this site that I want to try
